Georgian College Competition

The team’s first competition of the year was on March 2nd – March 4th at Georgian College. They joined up with teams 2013 and 5039 to form alliance 8 for the playoffs! They had a great start to the competition and ended up ranking 11th on the qualifications.

This years game according to the team was “full of strategy, as its not about who built the best robot, but which teams can think outside the box to grab the most points as possible.”
The Hayden Robotics team went on to compete against the first place alliance and one their first play off match! The did lose the last two matches and ending up losing that round of the playoffs as they needed best 2 out of 3 to win, but it was still a great run for them!
We love the great sportsmanship the team has and we wish them the best of the best at their next competition!
Go team #6323 !!!
