Ever dreamed of owning a house on an island? How about owning the island? How about not losing an arm and a leg for both? If you’re affirmative on all those possibilities, then perhaps, Little Ross Island in Scotland is just the island for you!

So basically, Little Ross Island is a 29-acre beautiful Island on the south west of Scotland with one Lighthouse and one 6-bedroom cottage that is completely and 100% Eco-friendly. The island is up for sale now (sans the lighthouse) and we encourage anyone to check it out! Almost anywhere you go, you will be finding housing/accommodation to be more expensive than it should be and I’m sure you’re as tired of it as the rest of us are. So why not finally find a permant home which also happens to be on an island?
OK…But How Much?
You know those days when you’re just done with everything and everyone and all you want to do is relax somewhere far away without being disturbed? Well, you could go on a few trips out in nature, in the mountains, on the beach….wherever you can. But see, you will still risk the chance of being disturbed by others. Therefore…why not relax somewhere where you can guarantee no one else would be? Somewhere you could own…somewhere like Little Ross Island where you could have your own beautiful and environmentally friendly house that runs fully on turbine and solar power! All for the price of a one bedroom apartment in London and most parts of the world! The price, that I know you just want me to say at last is… $325, 000! Of course, not everyone is running around with hundreds of thousands in their pockets but if investing in something, might as well be this…right?
The History of the Island: Disclaimer
We feel the need to tell you a little about Little Ross Island’s “creepy” history as some say. I think you’ll be even more inclined to want to own it as personally, I think it makes it more more mysteriously appealing but you be the judge of that…
So, there was murder of the lighthouse guard at the lighthouse which adds a little creepy atmosphere to the island but hey, the Lighthouse is not for sale so you got nothing to worry about!
