Fraudulent Covid-19 Medications Circulating

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a warning on March 24, 2019. Some companies are selling fraudulent Covid-19 medications, vaccines and tests. We should take extra care not to blindly trust products claiming to help diagnose, treat, cure, and even prevent infections. Instead, we should take extra care not to let these people dupe us in these worrying times.

Beware Fraudulent Covid-19 Medications Promoted as Vaccines

The FDA confirmed there is no vaccine currently available, although microbiologists are making progress. If there were, we would not stumble over it on an anonymous website surely? The FDA and World Health Organization would trumpet it as the discovery of the century.

These fraudulent Covid-19 medications, vaccines and tests could do more than raid our bank accounts. They could also tempt us to delay, or even cease taking trusted medical products under the false impression we are ahead of the game. The FDA warns these false promises could interfere with our legitimate medication too, potentially opening the way to more serious complications.

Trusting These Unproven Tests Kits Could Spread the Virus

The Food and Drug Administration has not approved any home test kits. A person trusting one could mistakenly believe they are clear, and unknowingly spread the Covid virus among friends and family. The FDA is doing whatever it takes to remove dozens of misleading products from supermarket shelves including certain dietary supplements.

It has warned seven companies to desist selling fraudulent Covid-19 medications including teas, essential oils, tinctures, and colloidal silver on the internet. Malicious emails offering miraculous solutions are phishing expeditions trying to hook bank account details. Do not reply to these! Bots are generating email addresses. Replying to them confirms they scored a hit and they have a clue to your identity.

You can do one of the following if you have a GENUINE concern. Report the matter on the FDA website or send an email to the Office of Criminal Investigations. Let’s keep doing the right thing and come through this together.
